私は連署を用意できませんでした。その理由として貴方が求められている条件に見合う方が見つからなかったからである。まず、香港に住んでいた時も日本人と関わることが多かったため、BNOなどを持っている知り合いは居ませんでした。そして私は昨年4月に東京に大学進学のために引っ越したばかりで今現在私の周りに2年以上私を知っている社会的地位の高い人はいません。また、家族も殆どが日本人のためその友達などに連署を依頼する事ができません。このような事情を勘案して頂き旅券を発行頂けたら幸いです。

Ｉ could not prepare joint sign. The reason is that I could not find a person who satisfies your condition,
As I had been involved with Japanese people most of the time when I was in Hong Kong,
I did not have an acquaintance who has BNO.
I came back to Tokyo to enter the college in April last year, and do not know anyone who has known me for more
than 2 years and is on high position in society.
As all most all the members of the family are Japanese, I could not ask their friends to sign it jointly.
By considering this kind of situation, would you issue me a passport?
