早速のお返事ありがとうございます。この液が非毒性で無害であることは理解できました。ですがメールに添付しました写真でもおわかりになると思いますが、商品から液が漏れパッケージや説明書が濡れてしまっています。これは商品の不具合でしょうか？それとも商品の仕様上このような液漏れはおこってしまうのでしょうか？受け取りました商品の中には液漏れしていないものもたくさんあります。液漏れが商品の不具合によるものなのか、それとも仕様上おこりうることで問題ないのか、ご回答お待ちしています。

Thank you for your quick reply. I now understand that this liquid is not toxic and poses no harm to the human body. But as you can see from the attached photo, this liquid is leaking from the product and so the package and the manual are all wet. Is this considered as a failure of the product? Or is this resulting from the nature of the product? From what i have received, most of the products do not have this leaking liquid. So is this leak a problem with the product or a part of the product design? Your reply would be greatly appreciated.
