早速のお返事ありがとうございます。この液が非毒性で無害であることは理解できました。ですがメールに添付しました写真でもおわかりになると思いますが、商品から液が漏れパッケージや説明書が濡れてしまっています。これは商品の不具合でしょうか？それとも商品の仕様上このような液漏れはおこってしまうのでしょうか？受け取りました商品の中には液漏れしていないものもたくさんあります。液漏れが商品の不具合によるものなのか、それとも仕様上おこりうることで問題ないのか、ご回答お待ちしています。

But I think that to you can see even through the photograph was attached to my e-mail, package and manual got wet by the leak liquid from the product. Is this a trouble of the product?
