私は1/14に商品を発送した
商品は買い手の所に到着したが買い手は受取拒否をした
そして商品は日本へ返送された
買い手が全額返金を要求してきた場合、私は全額返金する必要がありますか?
全額返金すると私は送料90$を失うし、約20$の落札手数料も失う
全額返金をしなかった場合、ネガティブの評価を受ける可能性がある
私のミスではなく、買い手が正当な理由もなく受取拒否をした場合の対応を教えて下さい
君はそちらの事情で一度受取拒否をしている
もう一度商品を発送して欲しい場合は再度送料を払って下さい
I dispatched this product on 14 January.
It arrived to the buyer but that person refused to receive.
Therefore, it was returned to Japan.
Do I have to refund all the amount if the buyer requested a full refund?
If I refunded, I lose 90$ of the courier charge as well as about 20$ of the betting charge.
If I didn't refund, there is a possibility of that I receive negative feedback.
Please give your input how I can deal with a case when a buyer refused to receive a produce without good reasons, not my fault.
