sorry to bother you but USPS just too me they got my item but they don't want to deliver because apparently you guy made a mistake with some hangtags & stickers , they said that you guys have to send a letter or something in order to make the deliver please can you guys help, here is the tracking number

what i don't understand is what is the problem with the label and sticker, why usps don't want to sent it, need to know exactly were is the problem, please let me know, so somehow i can help on this problem, i am afraid that time passes and i lost my item
