昨日すぐに発送予定としていた商品については、輸出を委託している業者の発送作業が大幅に遅れていることがわかりました。また、現在、この委託業者とは連絡が取れない状況となっており、いつ発送できるかわからない状況となっております。発送が遅延していることについて深くお詫び申し上げます。
お客様への発送期限である1月15日までに仕入れ業者から商品を取り寄せ、お客様に直接発送するよう努力いたします。なお、お客様がお急ぎの場合は、アマゾンの注文履歴からこの注文をキャンセルすることもできます。
Regarding the item which was scheduled to be sent out immediately yesterday, I found out that there has been a huge delay in shipment work at my export agent. Also, currently I cannot reach to this agent and I don't know when it will be shipped. I deeply apologize for delayed shipment.
I will do my best to get item from a supplier by January 15th which is your dispatch deadline and send it directly to you.
