再送いただいたメールは、記事利用許諾料のお支払の督促であると理解しました。
委託元のA社に伝えたところ、2015年12月18日付にて支払手続きを終えているとのことでした。

お手数おかけいたしますが、いま一度ご確認ください。

I told it to A from which I am entrusted, and found that arrangement of the payment has been completed
on December 18th 2015.
