MY worry over my parcel arriving is not because I need the parcel before Christmas. It is a gift but the item is very hard to find and in ordering from you I thought that I had the last item for my collection.
I still want to know where in the delivery system my parcel may be. You must track your parcels so I would be very grateful if you could continue to try and trace the whereabouts of the parcel. It is a kind offer to let me keep the item if it ever arrives at my home. But if it has been lost then I will never get the item I purchased from your site. I am happy for the refund to be charged again if you successfully find the item.
