Actually, our loss is not just cartridges. Shipping cost for resending cartridges to our customers and time taken for that. Time and human resource spent to cope with the trouble. More than anything, the biggest loss is damaged trust toward items we provide.

We received a lot of complaints for this case from our customers. Even if you change cartridges, we have to spend time and money for followup accordingly.
