ご購入いただいた万年筆ですが、支払確認後すぐに発送行いましたが、昨日私のもとに戻ってきてしまいました。原因は、あなたのお住まいの地域がEMSの受け入れをおこなっていなかったためです。それに気付かずEMSにて発送してしまい、申し訳ございません。商品は別の発送方法にて発送いたしました。このたびは、お手元に届くまで、余計に時間をいただいくこととなってしまい、大変申し訳なく思っています。もう少しお待ちいただければ幸いです。

Regarding to a fountain pen you purchased.
I sent it out right after confirming the paypemt you made but the package was sent back to me. The cause of it was that your region is not accepting the EMS. I apology for not making sure before sending out the package and I am deeply sorry about delay in this shipment due to my action.
