私はこれまでAmazonでたくさんの様々な商品を購入してきました。その中で何度か初期不良だったことがあります。その際にそちらへ問い合わせをしたときに、これまでは全て交換品を送っていただけるか、交換品を送るのが無理な場合は送料をそちらで負担していただき、不良品を返品していました。しかしなぜ今回は交換品も送っていただけないし、返送費もこちらで負担をしなくてはいけないのでしょうか?ご回答おまちしています。
