I contacted the French service (DRAAF) which edits the phytosanitary certification for the goods which are exported outside the country. We have to provide it with the specific requests needed (certificates, documents, packaging, labelling, etc...) to import cargo rice in Japon. Could you indicate these requests as a list to ensure we have everything prepared before the exportation? Thank you in advance. We have to fill the export certificate request for the DRAAF in order to edit the certificate itself adequately for the exportation to Japan (files PhytosanitaryCertificateRequest.doc).
