商品を大変お待ちいただきお詫び申し上げます。
当方で調査したところ、配送業者がお客様に不在の連絡を行い、その後保管期限が切れたため、当店に荷物が返却になったようです。なお、当店には、返却された荷物は届いておらず、荷物は行方不明の状況となっております。
お客様には大変申し訳ないのですが、商品代金を全額返却させていただきます。
