I received an item different from what I ordered. Your brochure says the item I ordered is black, but I received a gray one. I would like to send it back to you, and ask you the refund. Please let me know the address for sending it back. If you do not respond to my request, I will directly file a dispute to Amazon. I got a black speaker, Tivoli Audio SongBook, at other shop.
