このたびは大変申し訳ありませんでした。つい先月、同じ商品を売ったばかりでしたので、新品と中古を入れ替えて発送してしまったのではないか、と思います。すでに新品であったものは別のお客様の手に渡っている為あなたに送るはずだった新品を送ることはできないのです。大変お手数ですが、返送おねがいできますでしょうか。もしくは、もし中古でも使っていただけるのであれば、私どもでは、この商品の中古は通常200ドルで販売しているため、迷惑料も含め、50ドル返金します。どちらがよろしいでしょうか。
We apologize for the inconvenience we caused this time. We are afraid that we have sent you the used merchandise instead of the new one due to the mixed up with the other sale last month. Also, since we already sent the new merchandise to other customer, we are not able to send the new one to you anymore.
We are very sorry but please send the product you received back to us. Otherwise, if you do not mind keeping the used one, you could buy it for $200 that is our usual sale price. In that case, we will refund $50, including the compensation for this inconvenience.
