今回のケースではセラーの私がshipperで
バイヤーのお客様が、輸入者と荷受人となります。
我々が郵便局に調査依頼をしたところ、既に米国に届いている商品に関しては
荷受人から現地のポストオフィスに確認してください、と言われています。

再送した場合、今回同様にお近くの郵便局で止まる可能性がありますので、再送はしないほうが良いかもしれません。
商品が住所不定などで届かない場合、弊社に返品されて来ますので
返送され次第、すぐに返金させて頂きます。

In this case, I (seller) is the shipper and you (buyer) is the importer and consignee. As we asked the post office to investigate the issue, they instructed me that consignee needs to check the local post office once the package gets to the U.S.

If we send it again, the package may get stuck at the post office near your location, so that maybe it is the best not to send it again.
If packages are not delivered because of address unkown and so on, they will return to us.Once we get the returned package, we will give you a refund as soon as possible.
