バイヤーのお客様が、輸入者と荷受人となります。

荷受人から現地のポストオフィスに確認してください、と言われています。

再送した場合、今回同様にお近くの郵便局で止まる可能性がありますので、再送はしないほうが良いかもしれません。
商品が住所不定などで届かない場合、弊社に返品されて来ますので
返送され次第、すぐに返金させて頂きます。
