こんにちは。先日落札していただいたレンズですが、未着でこちらに返送され、こちらから再送しましたが、
下記の日本郵便のサイトで確認したところ、すでに1週間前に最寄りの局に到着しております。
郵便局保管となっておりますので、お手数ですが、最寄りの郵便局にトラッキング番号を言っていただき、
配達日をお問い合わせしてみてください。
約２週間ほどでまた保管期限が切れてしまうのでお手数ですがお早めにお問い合わせください。

Hello. Regarding the lens that you won a bid the other day, it was returned here without being delivered. And I resent it from here. According to the following Japan Post website, it was already delivered to your nearest post office a week ago.
They have kept it for you, so please contact them to tell them a tracking number and ask them when it will be delivered to you.
They will keep it for about two weeks, so please contact them before the two-week period expires.
