"彼の加入"の対訳部分"he's joined Radio Jack"の時制がいまいちです。
he'sをhe'd(he had)にするか、シンプルにhe joinedと過去形にしてOKです。
後半の応援しますも、私のバンドをサポートするという意味合いに取れてしまいます。
I'll give full support to the bandにしたほうがいいと思います。
