大変申し訳ございません。お客様にお送りした商品に誤りがあり、翌日正規の商品を送り直しました。
誤って出荷してしまった商品を日本に戻そうとUSPSと連絡を取ったのですが、お届け人様の許可がいるとのことで請求が受理されませんでした。
まだ、商品の方は届いていないかと思いますので、大変お手数ではございますが最寄りのUSPSにお電話いただき、問い合わせ番号◯◯◯◯の方の荷物は受取拒否、☓☓☓☓の方の荷物は受け取るとご連絡いただいてもよろしいでしょうか。

We are sorry to tell you that we had sent you a wrong item first and then, we sent a correct one the next day.
We contacted USPS in order to recover the wrong item but they said they needed a permission from the addressee.
I believe that you have not yet received the wrong item. Could you please contact your nearest USPS and tell them that you will refuse the package with tracking number 〇〇〇〇 while you accept the one with tracking number XXXX?
