In Japan now a bill is proposed to the Diet that plans to subduct the salary of the government officials by 8% on an average. In addition a law that gives the officials the right of labor agreement conclusion is proposed. (In Japan at present, basic labor rights are imposed on the government officials, so they do not have the right of labor agreement conclusion and the right to strike.
