In order for the shipping company to pay for the broken item they need to talk with you about the condition it arrived in. They may have translators. Do you have a phone number they can reach you at. This is the only option. I can't pay you back for an item that worked when I sent it but they can. If you give me a phone number I will talk with them and see if they have translators.
