とても良い状態であるとは記載いたしましたが、完璧な商品であると記載はしておりません。しかし、内部にそのような状態があるのであれば、返金にて対応いたしますが、オメガのどちらの店舗で検査していただいたのか証明できるものをご提示いただけると幸いです。このような状況での詐欺まがいの事案が多数ございますので、お手数ですが返品際にはシリアル番号がわかるような写真と、それを梱包した様子のわかる写真をいただけますようお願い致します。また、返品の際のラベルは$60くらいの記載をお願い致します。

I am not sure which shop you have visited, but I would be happy if you could send me the result of the examination on the OMEGA watch. I am afraid to ask you, but could you please send me a picture of the cereal number of the watch, and one more picture of the product in a package. We have a lot of cases of scam in similar cases like this lately. Also, please set the price on label as $60 in the process of refund.
