先ほど追跡番号の連絡いただきましたが、
Order #○○○ 追跡番号XXXで、Order #○○○ 追跡番号XXXでしょうか？
こちら同梱でお願いしましたが、それぞれ一点ずつの発送となりますか？
追跡番号XXXの方に3 Piecesとなっておりますが、この状況について教えていただけますか？
私が注文したのは全部で3個ですが、
Order #○○○ 発送はまだ行っていないという理解でよろしいでしょうか？

I received an email a little while ago stating my order and tracking number as order# OOO tracking number xxx and order# OOO tracking number xxx, is this correct?
I requested for the order to be shipped together but will the items be shipped out one at a time?
On the tracking number it states that there are 3 pieces, so would you mind please explaining the shipping conditions to me?
I ordered a total number of 3 items so would it be safe for me to assume that order #OOO hasn't shipped out yet?
