I’m very sorry for how this transaction has gone.
We have been selling these saws in advance of delivery for over six months now.
This is the 1st time we had this kind of problem. You can tell that from our feedback.
I know that gives you little comfort when you don’t have your saw in hand and your hard earned money has been spent.
This has been racking my nerves and I know what’s going on.
So I can imagine how you feel not knowing if you’ve been “scammed” on eBay.
We have finally gotten your saw and chains shipped.
We had a problem with the UPS system giving us error messages yesterday that we had to sort out with tech support.

今回の取引がこのようになってしまい、大変申し訳ありません。
当社のフィードバックからお察しかと存じますが、当チェーンソーは現在までに6ヶ月以上の出荷前販売実績がございますが、このような問題が発生したのは初めてのケースです。
大切なお金をお支払いいただいたのにチェーンソーがお手元に届かず、大変なご心配をお掛けしていることと存じます。
私もこのことで大変悩んでおりました。
そのため、eBayで詐欺に遭ったのではないかとご心配されていることも分かります。
ようやく、のこぎりとチェーンを出荷することができました。
昨日はUPSシステムでエラーメッセージが出力される問題があり、テクニカル・サポートと解決しないとけませんでした。
