** is a company that is conducting importing business to Japan on behalf of its parent company in the US.
They are apparently adding some unique compensation scheme to those items to be imported in Japan only.
This time, this compensation scheme cannot apply to this case but this may be applied to US resident so I am further asking to confirm this point.
