修理手順のビデオを確認しました。
バネは片方だけではなく、両方とも入れますよね？
今後のための予備の分も含め、バネを10個送って下さい。
もしも不具合が改善しない場合は必要なパーツを無料で送ってくれますよね？
今回は当社在庫としてE1-100cm とE1-150cmを1台ずつ注文します。
インボイスを下さい。直ぐに支払います。
