今回は、報告された症例の中身までは検討できませんでした。今後、カリニ肺炎のように日和感染であることがほとんど疑いないような疾患以外について、症例の中身をよく検討し、その症例が果たして本当に日和見感染かどうかを判断して、true positive症例の拾い上げる確率を調べるのはどうかなと思っています。そのほかに検討すべき課題などについて、アドバイスいただければ幸いです。
