金額については、OKです。
ただ、1つ条件を付けたいのですが、可能ですか？
現在、弊社の倉庫にスペースがないので、購入した商品は、こちらが指定した時に指定した分量で、3回に分けてこちらに発送してもらいたいです。恐らく、1回目が支払い直後で、２回目が約１ヶ月後、３回目が約２ヶ月後になると思います。商品が売れれば、発送の時期は早くなったり、追加で注文をするかもしれません。
よろしければ、請求書の契約条件に上記内容を記して下さい。

The amount is okay.
However, we would like to add one condition, if possible.
We currently do not have space in our storeroom, so we would like you to ship the items ordered in three shipments in the volume and timing of our request. Most likely, the first shipment will be right after our payment, the second approximately one month after, and the third approximately three months after. If the products sell, the timing of the shipments may be moved up, or we may put in an additional order.
If you agree, please incorporate the conditions above in the conditions of the invoice.
