*The number of the panel is 42.
We will hand out 1 application form per 1 coaster.
After filling out required items and the member you request, please give it to staff of the store.
We will send the item to you if you win the lottery (expected at the end of November).
*We finished the project of "giving a present with autograph by collecting the coaster".
