この度、当社のネット環境に対するセキュリティ体制がより厳しくなり、社外からメールをチェックすることが困難な状況です。添付ファイルの確認やダウンロードはもちろん不可能で、webメールへの転送時にはファイルの添付は出来ません。

対面会合の際には、ファイル付きのメールのやりとりが非常に活発になるので、不都合を感じております。
そこで、お手数をお掛けして申し訳ないのですが、今後のメールに、下記のアドレスを追加していただきたく、お願い申し上げます。

Request for adding one more email address to your emails

As the web related security of this company has been very tightened, we are no longer able to check emails from outside of our company. This include confirming the attached file or downloading them, or it is allowed to attach files to web based emails.

We feel inconvenience often as the exchange of emails with files attached increases when we are having face to face meetings. We would like to therefore ask to add the following email address. Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.
