売り手は私に間違った商品を送ってきました。私の元には中継業者を通して送られて来たので、商品の到着が遅くなりました。売り手に「返品したいので住所を教えて欲しい。」と連絡をしても教えてくれません。それどころか、私がまだ支払いをしていないとの連絡が、御社を通して有りました。私はすでに支払いを済ませています。

The seller sent me the wrong item. It took some times to receive it, because it was delivered via the third party. I contacted the seller to ask their address to return it, but they do not tell me. Moreover I was notified I have paid from you, even if I have already paid.
