7月30日に注文したWER02に不具合が発生しました。
顧客は何度か問題なく使用していたとのこのです。
今日使用すると、全く動かなくなったとのことです。
本体・リモコンは両方とも電源が入ります。
改善方法はありますか？
不具合のある部分を判断する方法はありますか？
もしも不具合が改善しない場合は修理ですか？
それとも新品と交換ですか？
早急な返信をお願いします。

This item already reached local post office.
I have not received it yet.

An error occurred on WER02 ordered on July 30.
The customer reported it was used without any problem several times.
It didn't work at all when it was used today.
Both main unit and remote control turn on.
Is there any way to fix this?
Is there any way to find failed part?
If failure doesn't get fixed, does it have to be repaired?
Or do you replace it with brand new one?
