Have you tried taking photos with the lens?

The lens is pre-owned item so it might have some minor signs of cosmetic wear,
but it was fully operational and functions as intended when I inspected the item. Also its appearance was very clean.

The item should not be in bad condition, so I am puzzled that you told me want to return it.
