書類は、どのように変更したら宜しいでしょうか。商品が、出荷できる日はいつ頃になりますでしょうか。書類が、使用できる期限はいつに
なりますでしょうか。この商品を今年　ネットで販売するには、去年　メーカーから仕入れをした書類が必要です。
お客さんに、去年の商品を仕入れた書類をネットで販売ができる申請に使用していいか確認しても宜しいでしょうか。

How shall I revise the document? When will my order be ready to be shipped? What will be the expiry date of validity of the document?
For me to sell this product online this year, I'll need a document certifying that I've purchased it from a manufacturer.
