The warranty period of Defects is one year from the date of handing over the Goods as specified in Article 6. If the Defects has arisen or is discovered, the Buyer or the User shall notify such occurred Defects to the Seller. In this case, the Buyer shall, at Buyer’s own discretion, have the Seller, at its own expense replace or deliver substitute Goods to the User, or in exchange for or reduce payment, or claim for all payment of Goods or claim for compensation from the Seller for damages suffered by the Buyer as a result of such Defects. Furthermore, the Buyer also reserves the right to terminate such Individual Sales Agreement and claim for full amount of payment.

第６条には、商品の欠陥に対する保証は商品の受け渡しの日から１ヶ月間と明記されています。商品に欠陥が生じた場合、または欠陥が発見された場合、買い手または顧客は売り手側に通知できます。このような場合、買い手側は、買い手側の判断により、売り手に売り手側負担で商品を交換または代わりの物を送るように要求するか、または、値引きを要求するか、あるいは、欠陥によって被った被害に相当する損害賠償の請求ができる。さらに買い手側はその個人取引を解除し、支払った金額すべてを売り手に請求ができる。
