FREELING, Johnさんや、TOLSON, Toddさんも廊下で見かけましたが、どこの席の方なのか、どこまでこの方の業務が進んでいるかなど、不明の為とてもやりづらいです

I saw Freeling, John, Tolson and Todd in a hallway.
It is very difficult for me to do my work because there are many things that are unclear such as that which department those gentlemen belong to, or how much progress has been made for their project.
I have attached some emails when I was still in charge of this task as well as emails from him showing me how to do a job when I was a rookie.
