郵便局に相談したのですが、普通に郵送事故で紛失した場合と違い、現地で「受取済」の状態になっている場合は少し手続の仕方が違うようです。この場合は日本から調査申請を出しても、「受取済み」という返答のみしか出ないとの事です
荷物をアメリカの郵便局が誰に渡したのかという事が問題の様で、それは日本の郵便局の管轄ではないとの事です
