ご連絡ありがとう。下記の日本郵便のサイトで追跡したところ7/24にジャカルタに到着し、通関手続き中のようです。
お手数で恐縮ですが、最寄りの郵便局に下記のトラッキング番号でいつ頃手元に到着するかご確認願えないでしょうか？
国外からから確認すると日数がかかるため、国内から確認していただいた方がすぐに到着日がわかると思います。

I have track the luggage on the following Japan post site and it has reached to Jakarta and it is under the procedure of custom clearance.
I am very sorry to trouble you but can check in the nearest post office with following tracking? so you will be able to know when you will receive it.
If you ask from your side you will get to know early instead of asking from out of the country.
