商品が未着とのことで、ご迷惑をおかけし、大変申し訳ございません。
下記の日本郵便のトラッキングサイトで確認したところ、ロスの国際交換局を6/30に通過し、「89122」の局に7/6から保管となっております。
もしかしたら、配達時にたまたまご不在だった可能性があります。お住まいの最寄りの郵便局に下記のトラッキング番号をお伝えしていただき、トラッキングサイトで「89122番の局でEMS配送物が「保管」となっているが受け取る方法は?」とお問い合わせいただけませんでしょうか?

I apologize for inconvenience of item not delivered.
I have just confirmed to the website of Japan Post Office listed below that the item you purchased passed through the National Hub in LA. on June 30th and is kept at "89122" office since July 6th.

It might be possible that you happened to be away home when the item was delivered. Would you kindly inform the post office near your home of the tracking number as follows and the way of acceptance of your purchased item that is EMS baggage and has been kept at "89122" office?
