米国フロリダの住所に到着しました。
御社のミスです。私は日本までの送料127€を支払いました。
私は自分でFLから日本へ転送しなければならないです。
支払い済みの送料127€を全額返金して欲しいです。
少なくとも100€は返金してくれないと割りに合いません。
7月6日前後にこの商品を注文をしました。
でも受注メールが届いてないので受注番号がわかりません。
