I have the bill of sale from Amazon. I did take it out of the box to look at it and so did my husband. I paid 165.00 for the item and I can supply you with the bill of sale. You have had this item for five weeks and I am just now hearing about this what's the real issue here? The item is market no returns as it is an electronic items. You agreed to that when you purchased it I did not represent the item it has never been programmed or used.What kind of deal are you looking for? Gina
