Aを購入されたお客様から「【STOP】【OK】ボタンの反応が悪い。特に【STOP】ボタンか、3、4回押さないと反応しない。」というクレームが入ったので、手持ちのBからAを取り出して交換してあげました。今は故障品が手元にある状態です。この故障品を交換してもらうことはできますか?
