I don' t have a problem purchasing an item. I am ready to send payment, but If your not sure and I purchase these "100% Hikari Shears" as you listed, and when they arrive in the USA I will have 14 days or less to have the authenticity of them taken to my Scissor/Shear company to confirm the authenticity of these Hikari Shears.
