業者間の取り引き＆お金に関わる内容であれば『何となく理解できる』といった程度の会話力では当然、正確さ＆確実さ＆信頼度に欠けますので。
それ以外は『とくに問題ない』と思われますが、電話の件に関しては如何いたしましょうか？
貴社に（日本語での）電話対応が可能なスタッフは在籍なさって居られますか？
ちなみに、私の本業は占い師で（人の悩み等の）サポートが専門ですが、ここ数年の間、輸入転売＆販売の準備も進めて参りましたので、PayPal account (premium) を持っています。
