If not rules are observed, followings may happen.
Confirm the completion of cutting and remove a pipe off pipe guide
Keep the difference of size at 20mm or less, as much as possible for the next product
After recovery procedure, ask supervisor's quality check, then proceed with operation
If a crack or damage is found on a hook or a lifter, stop using them. Also, check and make sure come-off stop on the hook is in lock position.

If no lubricant inside tube, crack defect may happen on expansion of diameter
Deformation defect happens on processing tube edge
Scratches
Record on the journal after measurement
