自動切断機が異常な停止をした場合はパイプの中間に折り目（切断刃）が入ってる恐れがあるために下記の処理手順をチェックシートに基づき実施及び異常な状態を明確にすること

リングゲージが、上から下に軽く抜けること
楕円度 = 0.2㎜以下にて管理

始業時に1本、ノギス等にて測定すること
規格：左下表参照(参：各サイズ±0.1)
寸法変更毎に測定し、日報に記入すること
5㎜以下/1000㎜にて管理

Rotate all numbers and do a visual check around the whole process.

Take care when the cutting machine irregularly stops:
If the automatic cutting machine stops abnormally, there could be a fold, or the cutting blade, on the middle of the pipe. Therefore, practice the process below based on the check sheet, and clarify the irregular state.

The case that the ring gauge is easily removed from top to bottom.
The ellipticity should be kept under 0.2mm.

Before working, measure one of them with vernier caliper.
Standard: see the table left below (cf. each size ±0.1)
Measure each size every time the size changed, and write it on the daily report.
The size should be under 5mm/1000mm.
