Did you see any loose pieces in the packing from where the bowls may have chipped in shipment? I packed them in several layers of bubblewrap so I was very surprised to hear there was a problem. We can give you a refund for the 2 bowls, but we will need you to ship them back to us first. I just want to see first if you noticed any chipped pieces in the shipment. If you did not, I would really appreciate if you could check the packing again to make sure. Let me know and then we can proceed from there. Again, my apologies and we will hopefully get this remedied very soon.

お皿がかけらはパッケージの中に落ちていましたか？何重にもエアクッションで包んだので、問題があったと聞いて驚いています。お皿２枚に対し返金はしますが、まず返品して頂く必要があります。まずは欠片があったか確認してください。もし無い場合は、パッケージ中をよくみて確かめてください。そしてまたご連絡下さい。お手数をお掛けして申し訳有りません。
