今までに3件の商品未着の問い合わせがありました。
1件めはイギリスの税関に保管されてましたが、お客様がキャンセルを希望したので全額返金しました。
2件目はプエルトリコまでの発送でした。あと1週間ほどお待ち頂くようにご案内してました。そして先日、商品が到着したか確認のメールを送信してます。
もし商品が到着して無ければお客様に返金か再送するか選んで頂き、
希望に沿って対応致します。
We received 3 inquiries that the item has not arrived yet.
1st one was held at the customs in England, but as the customer requested the cancellation, we issued him or her the refund in full amount.
2nd was the item that was sent to Puerto Rico. We asked the customer to wait for another 1 week. We also sent an e-mail to check if the item had arrived.
If the item has not arrived yet, we ask the customer if he or she requests refund or we send the same item again.
We will process it based on their request.
