品質問題等で作業者へ指示を出す時は、「前工程から不良が流れてきたら直ぐ連絡してくれ！」ではなく、「前工程からこの部品のここのキズ不良が流れてきたら直ぐラインを止め、リーダーに連絡してくれ！」と具体的に表現し、指示する。
服装の乱れも確認し、気付いたらその場で注意する。
